Sales Manager
Like craft beer? Who doesn’t? Join our team of craft beer evangelists. CraftCellr is a technology startup with a mission to help craft breweries maximize taproom revenues and to allow craft beer lovers get insider access to their favorite local breweries. We do this through mobile pre-sales for beer releases, vip events, and membership/loyalty programs. Currently, CraftCellr partners with 30 breweries across 7 states.
This role is for the self starter. You will work hand in hand with the founding team to grow the business one new partner at a time. If the idea of getting in on the ground floor of something big excites you, look no further…
WHAT YOU’D BE DOING
Partner acquisition - canvassing new/current CraftCellr cities via email, phone, drop-ins to secure new relationships
Account management - ongoing management of existing CraftCellr partner relationships to ensure that we're building meaningful relationships
Prospecting - learn how and why our partners have success. Apply that knowledge to prospect potential partners who can derive immediate value from our technology
Ideate, test and measure the success of new marketing/promotion ideas
TBD - we are a startup. New opportunities for professional and personal growth will arise weekly.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
Must have a burning passion for craft beer.
Bachelor's degree with experience in account management, sales, consulting/partnerships. Craft Brewing industry experience is a plus.
Self-motivated, driven individual with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail and task management skills with a proven aptitude for project management
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, team environment
Problem solver who can analyze and execute with accuracy and efficiency
Strong skills in Excel and Power Point or Keynote
Must be located or willing to relocate to Atlanta, GA
